IGM signed Strategic Cooperation Agreement with OSiC

IGM signed a strategic cooperation agreement with OSiC (https://en.osicgroup.com/), who is a global manufacturer of special chemicals and high-performance materials. This agreement will conduct a comprehensive in-depth cooperation between two companies in the coating additive business.
OSiC, founded in 2010, a global manufacturer of special chemicals and high-performance materials, the business through urethane additives, silicone emulsion, coating additives and waterborne adhesives.
OSiC operates two production facilities, one in Shanghai Songjiang Industrial Zone and another one in Zhangjiagang Yangtze River International Chemical Park with annual production capacity of 26,000 tons. Their 2 technical centres that serve customers in over 30 countries.
