ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain solid relationships with customers and technical counterparts.
  • Provide technical support to internal and external customers, in person or remotely.
  • Resolve problems, formalize technical recommendations and respond to customer complaints.
  • Work together with the application laboratory to demonstrate the value and differentiation of products.
  • Participate in the development, launch and improvement of new products, including local manufacturing and R&D.
  • Create, promote and implement product development and application actions.
  • Contribute technical and support materials to the sales and marketing area.
  • Support sales teams in maintaining and growing existing businesses.
  • Evaluate product performance in the market, aiming to increase market share.
  • Map and segment markets, identifying new opportunities for product development and launch.
  • Analyze customer profiles to identify risks and new business opportunities.
  • Manage the pipeline of opportunities, considering technical, cost and commercial aspects.
  • Provide support for Technical Management and partner areas in strategic decision-making.
  • Multiply technical knowledge through training, workshops and internal and external lectures.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry or related field from an accredited university.
  • Advanced English is mandatory
  • Experience in product development, diverse applications and technical support in the industry (preferably in the Chemical Industry in the UV Paints and Resins segment)
