INSIDE SALES SPECIALIST
EMEA & NORTH AMERICA | FULL-TIME | WAALWIJK, THE NETHERLANDS
Turn Interest into Growth. Drive Commercial Momentum.
In a dynamic global business, speed and discipline in follow-up make the difference between interest and revenue. As our Inside Sales Specialist, you convert commercial interest into active opportunities and orders across EMEA and North America. This is not a passive support role. You are the execution engine behind our commercial organization — ensuring leads, samples, quotations, and early-stage opportunities are followed up with focus, structure, and urgency.
Your work directly improves conversion speed, pipeline quality, and commercial predictability.
If you are commercially sharp, organized, and energized by driving results, this is your opportunity to make an impact.
What is your role?
You ensure commercial momentum never slows down. Acting as the first execution layer after initial customer interest, you enable Regional Sales Managers and expansion teams to focus on high-value engagement. Reporting to the Commercial Business Operations Director, you work closely with Sales, Technical Service & Growth Enablement, Marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain.
Your impact:
- Drive execution – Manage dedicated existing accounts and ensure regular order intake and proactive follow-up
- Own lead follow-up – Structure and coordinate inbound leads, marketing responses, and website inquiries
- Enable conversion – Follow up on quotations, trials, and customer actions to increase win rates
- Coordinate effectively – Act as central link between customers and internal teams
- Safeguard data quality – Maintain accurate CRM updates and support reporting on conversion effectiveness
- Improve continuously – Identify smarter ways of working in lead handling and follow-up processes
Success in this role means faster conversion, stronger responsiveness, and a commercial organization that can rely on structured execution.
Who are you?
- 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, commercial support, or customer service within a B2B environment
- Organized, disciplined, and proactive with strong follow-through
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and structured sales processes
- Strong communicator, able to manage multiple stakeholders professionally
- Customer-oriented with high attention to detail
You recognize yourself in our 5C culture: Commitment, Curiosity, Creativity, Collaboration, and Customer Centricity.
What do we offer?
- A commercially impactful role within a global specialty chemicals organization
- High visibility and close collaboration with international sales teams
- Development opportunities in a growing and entrepreneurial company
- Competitive salary and benefits
- A dynamic, performance-driven environment with strong ownership
