What will you do?
You are responsible for achieving turnover & margin targets as set in the Sales Budget for the assigned territory. You do this by translating the company’s strategy into local strategy in assigned sales area and makes a sales & action plan based upon the short term and long-term strategy. You will create account plans based on this strategy. Obviously your will visit and call customers and prospects and follow up on commercial meetings with quotations, sending samples and answer (technical) requests. You are aware of what is going on in your area and at your customers and are able to make periodic forcastings and prepare budgets.

Who are you?

  • You have a Bachelors level in Commerce with at least 5 years of (technical) sales experience in the Energy Curing or adjacent industries.
  • Experienced in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Fluent in communication in English and foreign languages (if required by sales territory).
  • Considered a plus are candidates who have knowledge and experience of UV Market (Applications/Markets, Products, Services, Competitors).
  • As a person you are ambitious, decisive, independent, initiating, outgoing and persuasive.
