Drive supply reliability and shape smarter decisions across the entire planning horizon.
About the Role
In a complex and fast-moving global supply chain, balancing service, cost, and inventory requires both sharp execution and forward-looking thinking. As Senior Supply Planner, you play a critical role in ensuring reliable product availability today while shaping robust supply plans for tomorrow. This role sits at the heart of our S&OP process and directly impacts business performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency across EMEA & North America.
What is your role?
Reporting to the Commercial Supply Chain Manager, you act as the connecting force between Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Production. You combine hands-on planning execution with strategic scenario thinking and continuous improvement.
You are responsible for:
- Owning end-to-end supply planning for a defined product portfolio across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons
- Ensuring product availability and reliable order fulfilment while managing constraints and priorities
- Leading supply input into the S&OP cycle, translating demand scenarios into realistic and aligned supply plans
- Identifying supply-demand gaps and developing actionable mitigation scenarios (e.g., reallocation, alternative sourcing, capacity adjustments)
- Driving cross-functional decision-making by aligning stakeholders on trade-offs between service, cost, and inventory
- Analysing supply chain performance (service levels, OTIF, inventory) and initiating structural improvements
- Acting as escalation point for critical supply issues and supporting planners on complex challenges
Success in this role means a supply chain that is not only reliable, but also predictable, transparent, and continuously improving.
Who are you?
You are an experienced supply planning professional who thrives in complexity and takes ownership of outcomes. You combine analytical strength with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across functions and regions.
- 4–8 years of experience in Supply Planning, IBP or S&OP environments
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chains in an international context
- Advanced analytical and scenario modelling capabilities
- Solid experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and planning tools
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and drive decision-making in cross-functional settings
- Comfortable balancing operational execution with strategic thinking
You recognize yourself in iGM’s 5C culture: Commitment, Curiosity, Creativity, Collaboration, and Customer Centricity.
What do we offer?
- A high-impact role with direct influence on supply chain performance and business results
