Are you an experienced Credit Manager ready to optimize cashflow in ? Do you have what it takes to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams? IGM is looking for a new team member who brings structure, accuracy, and a proactive mindset to our Finance organization!

What is your role?

As a Credit Manager, you will be responsible for effectively managing customer credits, outstanding receivables, and monitoring payment delays, with the objective of minimizing credit risks and optimizing cash flow within the organization.

You will be determining credit limits and assess customer creditworthiness. In order to do this, you will maintain regular contact with customers regarding overdue accounts and payment arrangements, as well as collaborate with the Sales team on outstanding customer positions. You will independently propose and formalize payment plans with customers. To have the full overview of the receivables, also the administrative part like processing incoming payments and scheduling the dunning is part of the job. Furthermore, you will submit remittances and manage communication with the factoring company. A very broad and important role.

Who are you?

  • You possess a Bachelor’s degree (HBO level) in Finance, Business Economics, or a related field.
  • You bring a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in credit management within an international environment.
  • You have experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • You have proven strong analytical skills and have the ability to interpret financial data and credit risks.
  • You excel in problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • You have strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Furthermore, you show a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, are able to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
  • You have strong organizational skills and customer-oriented mindset.
