IGM Resins expands its additives business with the acquisition of ADD Additives
Waalwijk, The Netherlands - April 1st, 2020
IGM has acquired ADD Additives B.V., a privately owned company developing additives for the coating and ink markets on March 31, 2020. The business along with the ADD team will become part of IGM’s Additives & Specialty Intermediates Division (A&SI). Jeroen Diepgrond has been appointed as Business Director.
The acquisition of the ADD-Additives business is part of IGM’s strategy and vision to be a value-added specialty chemical supplier to the ink and coating industry through organic and inorganic growth platforms. The ADD-Additives product portfolio is complementary to IGM’s current portfolio.
