Matting resin

Matting resin

The solution that IGM offers for achieving a matt finish in an UV/EB cured coating without handling, grinding and dispersion challenges, as it can be stirred into a formulation avoiding application at high temperatures. Photomer® 5310 offers very low gloss finishes obtained in UV curing systems that are well known to be ‘difficult to matte’ as compared to solvent or waterbased topcoats.
Even for applications such as coated specialty paper for laminated wood use with EB as their primary curing process, low gloss can be obtained using Photomer® 5310. More info
