SALES MANAGER | NORTH AMERICA
REPORTING TO THE DIRECTOR OF SALES
Within a defined geographical territory in the United States, you will part of the North American Sales team and will be responsible for achieving the strategic and operational sales targets with your existing and new accounts. You will visit major accounts and you will be in close contact with their key technical and commercial people to identify their technical needs and to translate these into customer solutions. To develop the right strategy and approach towards your customers, you will be cooperating closely with our Commercial and Technical Teams and you are supported by the Sales Support team. This position reports to the North American Sales Director. Travel is required for this position. Must be able to travel to various sites for meetings and events. You will work from a home office in your designated area.
You have a bachelor’s degree (Commercial / Chemistry or equivalent technical field), plus 5 or more years technical sales experience in the chemical industry, UV Radcure industry preferred. Be familiar with current trends and developments regarding UV inks and coatings. Our candidate possesses a high level of technical skills with the ability to effectively communicate and sell to various levels and departments of existing and prospective customer organizations. You have a proven record of achieving business growth and an energetic self-starter with a commercial, flexible and creative attitude. You can work with challenging targets and you have a high endurance level.
