Commercially driven with a technical background
Within a defined geographical territory in Europe, you will part of the European Sales team and will be responsible for achieving the strategic and operational sales targets with your existing and new accounts. You are visiting major accounts and you are in close contact with their key technical and commercial people to identify their technical needs and to translate these into customer solutions. To develop the right strategy and approach towards your customers, you are cooperating closely with our Commercial and Technical Teams and you are supported by the Sales Support team. This position reports to the Commercial Manager Europe. You either work from a home office in your designated area, or in the European Headquarters in Waalwijk.
You have a Bachelor’s degree (Commercial / Chemistry or equivalent technical field), plus 5 or more years technical sales experience in the chemical industry, UV Radcure industry preferred. You are familiar with current trends and developments with regard to UV inks and coatings. Our candidate possesses a high level of technical skills with the ability to effectively communicate and sell to various levels and departments of existing and prospective customer organizations. You have a proven record of achieving business growth and an energetic self-starter with a commercial, flexible and creative attitude. You are able to work with challenging targets and you have a high endurance level. Required language skills are English, Dutch and/or German.
